Flights from London to Bali just got easier for travelers, with Garuda Indonesia announcing a new, direct one-way service from London to Denpasar, while keeping their existing direct, one-way Jakarta to London flight.

From the 22nd January 2019, Garuda will operate Jakarta – London Heathrow – Denpasar, meaning London passengers will now be flown direct to Bali, not via Jakarta as they have done since November, 2018.

The airline resumed its Heathrow service in November after a short break as the airline reviewed its long haul services.

The service operates three-times per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays using a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.

UK tourists to Bali and Indonesia will be able enjoy the idyllic beaches and world famous religious temples even sooner than before.

Passengers wanting to fly from Heathrow to Jakarta can connect via Denpasar and returning passengers from Bali will have to connect to a midday flight out of Jakarta.
