Authorities at Ngurah Rai International Airport have decided that conditions have quickly become better at Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Previously, the official airport closed until tomorrow 7am (30/11/2017).

However, with its new evaluation the airport will open at 3pm today.

Communication and Legal Section Head at Ngurah Rai, Arie Ahsanurrohim, in a press release stated on Wednesday 29 November 2017 at 1am a meeting was held at the EOC (Emergency Operation Center) Room at Bali Airport Bali in order to evaluate current conditions of the Mount Agung Eruption.

It was concluded the airport should open at 3pm today (Wednesday).

“The conclusion, the VONA warning has come down from red to orange, starting at 3pm I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport has an open status,” he explained to Tribun Bali on Wednesday (29/11/2017).
