The Bedugul – Singaraja road which was temporarily closed due to the risk of landslides has now been reopened.

Adi Sulistio Utomo, spokesman from Buleleng Traffic Police, said that the road can now be accessed after seeing the improvement of the weather. Torrential rains have ceased since two days ago in the area.

Regardless, the traffic might be closed again if the weather worsens. “Vehicles may access the road now, but we’re still hoping that people can be cautious and if the weather turns to the worse then please take the alternative routes.”
